New Zealand Shipping:

• We offer free shipping for orders over $75 within New Zealand only.

• We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for orders below $75.

• GST will be charged at 15%.

• Shipping rates apply to the total of physical items in your cart. Gift cards do not contribute to the total of shipping.

Whilst we’ll endeavour to get you your order as quickly as possible, we use various delivery providers which can take approximately 3-5 working days to deliver depending on location. Please allow 10 working days from the day your order was placed to follow up. 

Australia Shipping:

• We offer free shipping for orders over AU$95.

• We charge a flat rate of AU$19.95 for orders below AU$95.

• GST will be charged at 10%.

• Shipping rates apply to the total of physical items in your cart. Gift cards do not contribute to the total of shipping.

Whilst we’ll endeavour to get you your order as quickly as possible, we use various delivery providers which can take approximately 7-10 working days to deliver depending on location. Please allow 14 working days from the day your order was placed to follow up. 

USA Shipping:

• We charge US shipping by weight at NZ$25 per 0.5kg. Total shipping charges will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout. Alternatively, you may purchase through our Amazon US store here.

• Delays to freight leaving NZ.  There are freight delays at the moment due to limited airline capacity between NZ & USA. The average delivery time is currently 21 days. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery at this time.

• Shipping rates apply to the total of physical items in your cart. Gift cards do not contribute to the total of shipping.

Shipping Generally:

Please note we do not deliver to PO box addresses. Residential addresses only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation on business days only.

Please note this does not apply to weekend orders as well as peak sale periods and peak holiday seasons. Order dispatch may be delayed by up to 48 hours during these periods. 

Delivery timeframes can vary over the public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services. Please expect delays on estimated delivery times and customer service response from delivery providers.
